Adil Qadri faced challenges in efficiently scaling up at the business level. They were actively seeking a solution to help them scale while maintaining or improving their revenue

Discovery Campaign

800% Increase in Spending and 170% increase in ROAS with maintaining the ROI. This was achieved by optimizing the Discovery campaign structure and creating visually appealing creatives.

Approach

We conducted an account-level audit and identified a promising opportunity for increased spending and improved ROAS in discovery campaigns. To achieve the desired results, we implemented the following changes:

We segmented the campaigns to target different audience groups, including website visitors, past purchasers, add-to-cart users, and prospects.
We created visually appealing creatives that captured the attention of visitors and directed their focus towards the products.

Additionally, we launched a prospecting campaign to acquire new customers. Furthermore, we split the campaign into two segments: one with assets and another without assets (using a feed).

Results

The strategic changes resulted in notable improvements in campaign performance. Spending increased by 800%, and ROAS increased by 170%. Conversion volume increased by 125 times, and cost of acquiring customers dropped by 40

Video Campaign

100x increase In Revenue and 110x increase in conversions by effectively balancing remarketing and new customer acquisition, with a distribution of 55% and 45% respectively. Adil Qadri’s video campaigns showed good results by maintaining the ROI of 3X on business level.

Approach

Initially, minimal spending was allocated to video campaigns. However, after conducting tests using a single video, we decided to scale the in-stream and in-feed video campaigns targeting remarketing and prospecting audiences based on tCPA bidding strategy. We began implementing the following changes to drive growth:

We targeted remarketing customers with a substantial budget, strategically segmenting the campaigns based on different categories: website visitors, past purchasers, and users who have added items to their cart.
We launched an additional in-stream and in-feed video campaign targeting the prospecting audience, aiming to acquire new customers by promoting a video showcasing our best-selling products.

Just two months after witnessing successful results from the testing phase, we allocated nearly 35% of the account-level budget towards the video campaigns. This strategic decision proved fruitful as we achieved exponential growth, surpassing our expectations.

Results

The video campaign surpassed our expectations by achieving a significant increase in revenue and conversions. Revenue increased by 100x, and conversions increased by 110x. We also acquired 45% more new customers. Online searches for Adil Qadri and its products grew significantly, with a 45% increase in overall search volume and a 43% surge in brand-specific searches.
